As the Client Relations and Experience Director, you will be instrumental in defining and executing the unparalleled client engagement strategy for Louis Vuitton within this dynamic region. This pivotal role is dedicated to cultivating and enriching our relationships with Very Important Clients (VICs), driving exceptional client experiences, and ensuring Louis Vuitton remains at the forefront of luxury engagement.
This role is focused purely on elevating the client journey and fostering deep connections, working hand-in-hand with our Communications and Retail teams to curate truly memorable moments. You will be the embodiment of Louis Vuitton's commitment to bespoke client experiences.
Les missions
Strategic Leadership:
- Define, implement, and champion a visionary client relations and experience strategy for Louis Vuitton, aligning with global brand directives while capturing local market nuances.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive client engagement strategy, focusing on unparalleled experiences and loyalty.
Operational Excellence in Client Engagement:
- Ensure the delivery of world-class client experiences and flawless execution across all touchpoints, both in-store and through exclusive external engagements.
- Oversee the conceptualization and flawless execution of high-profile client events and experiences, and represent the brand at international events, ensuring a consistent and elevated brand image.
- Implement a sophisticated client treatment strategy, guiding the personalized engagement of VICs through bespoke gifting and tailor-made experiences, focusing on the human element of connection.
- Foster the growth and animation of a vibrant "Private Ambassador" community, cultivating deep relationships and exclusive experiences for our most valued clients.
Brand Building and Customer Experience:
- Develop and execute innovative client engagement strategies that enhance brand desirability, attract new discerning clients, and significantly strengthen existing client loyalty through unique and personalized interactions.
- Collaborate closely with the Communications Department (PR, Events, Media) to craft compelling narratives and create impactful experiences that resonate with our target audience and elevate brand perception.
- Partner with the Retail Store Team to optimize the in-store VIC experience, ensuring product presentation and visual merchandising flawlessly reflect Louis Vuitton's luxury positioning and dedication to client delight.
- Continuously monitor client feedback, market trends, and competitor activities to proactively identify opportunities for enhancement and innovation in client experience and engagement.
