Your Impact:

The LCP Ambassador will represent Parfums Christian Dior (PCD) at Christian Dior Couture (CDC) acting as the key driver of fragrance and PCD performance within the Christian Dior Couture (CDC) Boutique environment.

Les missions

Commercial Performance & Sales Team Partnership:

  • Support and partner with client advisors to confidently sell and promote Fragrances & PCD as part of the full Dior experience
  • Achieve and exceed individual Sales Goals and KPIs including, Individual Sales Volume, UPT & internal client recruitment and conversion for fragrances & PCD product

Client Development & Experience:

  • Develop and actively grow the Fragrances & PCD clients within the CDC Boutique and tandem sell with team to ensure Fragrance and PCD product is presented consistently in selling ceremony.
  • Partner with LCP Americas team on fragrance & Spa events, exceptional sales and VIP client experiences to recruit & elevate client experience

Product Management & Operational Excellence:

  • Partner with LCP Americas Team to support trainings, master classes, consultations, and the implementation of all educational materials

    Profil

    Ideally, you would have previous Dior Fragrance/La Collection Privée (LCP) product knowledge expertise, preferably with at least 3-5 years’ luxury fragrance retail experience. SOFT SKILLS: Create Passionately Lead with Audacity Craft Together with Joy Cultivate Triumphant Inclusivity HARD SKILLS: Strong selling skills and Customer-service skills Provide outstanding customer service including in person, over the phone and through electronic communication Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed
