Your Impact:

Within the Retail Team, the Retail Artist is responsible for driving sell-out performance across top-performing multi-brand retailers in Belgium and Luxembourg, with a primary focus on the Brussels area and part of the Antwerp region. The role delivers an exceptional client experience, strengthens brand loyalty, supports store teams, and contributes to achieving commercial objectives.

This role is crucial for
maximizing sales performance, elevating the client experience, ensuring brand excellence in stores, and strengthening Parfums Christian Dior's presence across the retail network.

The holder of this position will work closely with:

• Field Coach Belgium & Luxembourg
• Retail Development Team
• Store Managers
• Beauty Advisors
• Marketing Team
• Commercial Team

Les missions

• Deliver an exceptional Dior selling ceremony and provide expert beauty consultations.
• Build long-term relationships with clients through personalized service and one-to-one appointments.
• Increase productivity through cross-selling and client loyalty initiatives.
• Represent Dior as a true brand ambassador in stores.
• Motivate and inspire retail teams to achieve business objectives.
• Deliver product training and present new launches to store teams.
• Ensure merchandising complies with Dior brand guidelines.
• Partner with the Retail Development team to implement action plans that improve store performance.
• Monitor product assortment, testers, and sampling usage.
• Track competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities.

Profil

Experience Significant commercial and/or retail experience, preferably in beauty or luxury retail. Previous experience in make-up artistry or beauty consulting is highly desirable. Established relationships within the beauty and cosmetics industry are considered an asset.
