Your Impact:
Within the Retail & Commercial team, the Retail Intern will be at the heart of the cosmetic commercial strategy of Parfums Christian Dior within the LVMH Group, the world leader in luxury.
This role is crucial in supporting the coordination between field teams and internal departments, ensuring operational excellence, retail performance follow-up, and high standards in execution across the Belux market.
The holder of this position will work closely with Retail Developers, Sales teams, Marketing, Freelance agencies, and internal operational teams.
Les missions
Day-to-Day Missions
- Monitor and follow up on retail animations and validate planning schedules.
- Manage external freelance agency pools, including updating profiles and tracking materials.
- Conduct quality checks in the field (freelancers, retail execution) and provide structured feedback.
- Prepare logistical files and manage client gifting processes.
- Oversee stock management and coordinate shipment of materials to sales teams and clients (organization, tracking, receiving and sending).
- Prepare retail mapping files and Retail Developer visit reports.
- Centralize and distribute retail documentation and prepare performance tracking dashboards.
- Manage the retail team’s visit agenda and maintain follow-up documents (grooming, material needs).
- Participate in team meetings (BELUX & NL), prepare meeting minutes, and actively contribute to discussions.
- Support recruitment, planning creation, quality follow-up, and feedback processes for field interns and commercial trainees.
Profil
