Your Impact:
- Within the Digital & Omni-Activation team, the Brand Content Project Manager is responsible for project leader for local digital content creation
- This role is crucial for China local market's digital content creation projects
- The holder of this position will work closely with various functional partners, including Internal: Local Market all cross functions, HQ Digital content director and team / MOP, HQ Creative (CHINA BASED) , SSC (PURCHASING/Legal etc)
- External: Creative agency, production house, Individual photographers
Job Responsibility : Day-to-Day Missions
- The Brand Content Project Manager will serve as the strategic linchpin for executing high-impact digital content initiatives tailored specifically for the Chinese consumer. The primary focus will be managing end-to-end projects for local market digital content creation.
- Digital Content Strategy & Execution:
- Lead the planning, production, and deployment of digital content campaigns across key Chinese platforms (WeChat, Little Red Book/Xiaohongshu, EC).
- Translate global brand guidelines into locally relevant narratives that resonate with Chinese cultural nuances and trending topics.
- Project Management:
- Orchestrate cross-functional workflows involving internal teams, external creative agencies
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality assets without compromising brand integrity.
- Performance Optimization:
- Track content performance metrics (engagement, conversion, ROI).
- Utilize data insights to iterate on content strategies, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and market trends.
- Stakeholder Coordination:
- Act as the primary liaison between the China local team and the Global Headquarters in Paris, ensuring seamless communication and approval processes.

Hard Skills:
- At least above 5 years related experience in previous agency, marketing, luxury PR or project management
- Fluent in Mandarin and English and in both written and oral communication
- Good PC skills and familiar with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
