Your Impact:
Within the Visual Merchandising team, the Visual Merchandising Executive is responsible for providing support to the smooth-running UK VM department, interpreting creative briefs into designs that work for the local market, and overseeing various seasonal product launches and special projects.
This role is crucial for ensuring the consistent and high-quality execution of visual merchandising strategies across all points of sale, contributing directly to brand image and sales performance. The holder of this position will work closely with various functional partners, including marketing, sales, creative teams, purchasing, and retail teams.
Les missions
Day-to-Day Missions
- Support to the smooth-running UK VM department.
- Interpret creative briefs into designs that work for the local market, Brief Central Team for feedback, liaise with internal stakeholders, project manage suppliers and respecting deadlines.
- Oversee the workflow process of LCP Counter roll outs for all animations across the year along with line manager.
- Ownership of Forecasts for all activations along with line manager.
- Oversee the workflow process of 3Axe sites for all animations across the year.
- Project managing Christmas Ad Hoc projects.
- Manage procurement process & budget to tender projects, liaising with purchasing team for the best supplier.
- Support on projects where needed and lead logistics (ordering POSM & testers, video content).
- Managing the strategy and implementation for LCP new launches and DTR exclusive pieces.
- Ensuring DTR perfection on counter from start to finish.
- Supporting on installs when there is a new launch.
- Frequently visiting London Flagship stores to ensure we are looking as per guidelines.
- Point of contact for field VM, leading conversation with the retail teams and field teams driving continuous improvement from feedback.

Profil
Ideally, you would have 3-5 years’ experience within luxury beauty or a similar industry. Soft skills that align with our values: Excel for Ultimate Luxury: Attention to detail: Absolutely critical for visual merchandising in a luxury brand to ensure every display is flawless and reflects the brand's high standards. Strategic Thinking: Understanding how visual merchandising contributes to overall business goals, brand image, and customer experience, not just aesthetics. Create Passionately: Creative & Innovative: The ability to constantly generate fresh, engaging, and on-brand visual concepts to keep displays exciting and relevant. Initiative: Proactively identifying opportunities for visual enhancements and proposing solutions without being prompted. Craft Together with Joy: Teamwork & Collaboration: Visual merchandising requires constant coordination with various internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, store staff) and external suppliers, making collaborative skills essential. Communication & Interpersonal skills: Clearly articulating visual guidelines, providing feedback, and building strong working relationships are key to successful execution. Hard Skills: Visual Merchandising Principles: In-depth knowledge of visual merchandising best practices, including display techniques, lighting, signage, and product placement. Budget Management: Experience in managing and tracking budgets for visual merchandising initiatives, including procurement and supplier costs. Supplier Management: Ability to effectively communicate with, negotiate with, and manage relationships with external suppliers for props, fixtures, and other visual elements.
