Les missions
The Visual Merchandising trainee will join the regional Visual Merchandising division within the Marketing department based in Dubai and will report to the Senior Visual Merchandising Manager.
The VM trainee will work closely with the Regional VM Team and various internal departments.
He/She will support the implementation of the retail marketing strategy across all markets.
The main mission is to assist the visual merchandising team in enhancing the image of the Maison across the Middle East region with effective management and communication of all guidelines, and through strong collaboration with regional partners.
Visual Merchandising
- Order, manage and share visuals and movie loop content: Order and share all visuals, colorproofs and movie loops to all concerned markets in a timely manner, following the marketing calendar.
- Visuals Simulations: Create visuals updates simulations for selected doors in the region, review and validate the markets specific ones to ensure the Marketing plan is respected and that the visual allocations are consistent across the markets and region.
- Maintain the VM database: Ensure up – to – date tracking and organization of the latest information on all our point of sales for the regional assortment by POS database.
- Trade Animations: Review visuals allocations to ensure they are aligned with the Maison strategy and priorities.
Skincare Axe Management
- Forecasts and POSM follow-up: Create the forecast for each new Skincare Launch working hand-in-hand with commercial and market teams while staying withing allocated budget, follow up on POSM reception and dispatch to all concerned countries.
- Create Planograms on IWD: Update all Skincare planograms according to the marketing calendar, making sure commercial prioritize are respected, communicate to the countries and follow up on implementation
- Share VM Guidelines: Ensure that all necessary information is communicated to the markets in a timely manner for all Skincare updates from Guidelines to local productions and centralized planograms.
- Maintain the VM database: Ensure up – to – date tracking and organization of the latest information on all our point of sales for the regional Skincare database.
Point of Sales Openings & Renovations
- Assist with VM for Point of Sale Openings: Provide support to the VM team for point – of – sale openings, including managing VM books, coordinating local production and installation.
Newsletter & Communication
- Create Internal VM Newsletter: Develop and distribute an internal Visual Merchandising newsletter for all markets, highlighting key VM assets, including guidelines, visual priorities, and movie loops tied to upcoming launches.
- Collect Reports on VM Installations: Collect and summarize reports from local VM teams on brand installations, window displays, store openings, seasonal VM setups, and related events to track performance and consistency throughout the full Region.
Profil
University or business school degree. First experience in Project Management or VM Microsoft proficient (Excel and Power point) Preferred – Adobe Suite and IWD Eye for detail and pro-active with a capacity to adapt to a fast-moving environment. Creative and solution oriented Strong planning and organizational skills which ensure timely and accurate execution of responsibilities Strong communication skills to build strong relationships within a team and with all stakeholders Fluent in English, both spoken and writtenInformations complémentaires
