Your Impact:

Within the Retail Design Visual Merchandising team, the VMD Specialist (from Coordinator to Specialist level can be considered) is responsible for Visual Merchandising in the Counter for perfect Dior look.

This role is crucial for enhancing the counter image of the brand by merchandising in perfect Dior look, reaching the marketing & sales goals and objectives by conceiving, developing and executing all supporters related to merchandising.

The holder of this position will work closely with various functional partners, including Marketing, Retail, CRM team and relevant stakeholders.

Les missions

1.Counter Merchandising

-Prepare display guideline on a monthly basis for each counter regarding backwall,

Showcase, glorifier, Bar, according to launch and promotion plan

-Develop local POSM production that based on Launch guideline

-Prepare transparencies on a monthly basis by working with vendors based on the duration

Guidelines including layout and color proof

-Allocate POS materials to each counter for available spaces in backwall, showcase,

Niche etc..

-Visit counters, to make sure that display guidelines are put it place well

2.Counter Construction & Renewal

-Follow up all the necessary POSM preparation for open & renewal counter

-Communicate with local contractor to modify the counter POSM drawings and inspect

The quality of POSM fabrication.

3.Promotion Set-up

-Prepare display guide for events

-Develop local POSM production that based on HQ guideline

- Allocate POS material for events

Profil
